All-Hands Meeting Presentations - December 4^th, 2009

 

At the December 4, 2009 all-hands meeting the Bella Vista Ambulance Service present Firefighter/Paramedic Rod Barrett with a Lifetime Achievement Award for the many volunteer hours he has spent working with the State of Arkansas on the Governors Advisory Board and the Arkansas EMT Association along with the many of years of service to Bella Vista Ambulance Service as an outstanding Paramedic. The Board of Directors presented each employee with a gift card from Wal-Mart as a Christmas Gift at the all hands meeting on December 4, 2009. Pictured is David Allen, Board Member, presenting Rod Barrett, Paramedic, his gift card. (below)

Battalion Chief Alvin Layne/EMT retired from the Bella Vista Fire Department/Bella Vista Ambulance Service in June 2009. At the all-hands meeting held on December 4, 2009 the Ambulance Service gave him a blown glass piece of art crafted by an Arkansas artisan. The artwork (pictured above) has the EMS Star of Life and the Fireman’s Maltese Cross made from blown glass surround by beautiful clear blown glass in a graceful arc. The piece of art is the first of its kind and is numbered. The Board of Directors of the Bella Vista Ambulance Service presented Jane Briley, Financial Coordinator, a plaque of appreciation for her years of dedication to the Service. Jane is retiring around the first of January 2010. She has been with the Service since January, 2003 as the Financial Coordinator. Pictured is Jane Briley on the left and Carolyn Vandeven, President of the Board. The presentation was made at the December Board meeting held on December 14, 2009. (below)
