| Hwy 340 & Highland Crossing Dr. |

The Bella Vista Fire Department responded to a two
vehicle motor vehicle accident at Hwy 340 and Highland
Crossing Dr. Two patients were transported by ambulance
to the hospital.
The above picture show that the front and back
doors along with the B post was remove to extricate the
patient from this vehicle. This vehicle was hit in the
location where the doors were. Heavy damage to this area
would not allow the door to be opened in the normal
manner.
There was one person transported to the hospital and one
refused transport.
