The Bella Vista Fire Department and Fire Prevention Volunteers wish to offer each homeowner or renter within Bella Vista Village a Courtesy Home Fire Safety Inspection! We will inspect your residence for potential fire hazards and offer suggestions to prevent a fire from starting in your home. Some areas that we will be looking at are: Electrical cords and outlets, kitchen hazards, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, storage of chemicals and flammable gas, etc.

Home inspections are conducted to help prevent fire fatalities and property loss. Statistics show that fire fatalities occur more often in homes than in the workplace!

The fire safety home inspectors are not looking for a floor plan of your home. We are asking permission to enter your home so we can educate you on Fire Safety and suggest some Fire Prevention Tips. Every year hundreds of lives are lost in residential fires due to something that could have been easily prevented. We would gladly accept your request to conduct a courtesy home fire inspection for fire hazards and give you some suggestions on what you could do to be fire safe.
